   The discrepancy on these two is that we had both a POSTTYPE and POSTDIR in the road data (e.g., 3950 ST S). I've since removed the POSTTYPE values in UTRANS, so these will be fixed in the next data push and match with a score of 100.

   September update was skipped due to UTRANS tool development and testing. Locators were updated on 9/23/2026 to incorporate RoadGrinder migration to python, updates from August, and minor edits since. See validation in next comment.
