Recognize the FR (Belgium) Layout as a FR (french) Layout

I've two FR Layout on my computer, FR (French) and FR (Belgium) but the software recognize two FR (French) Layout, I can't select the belgium layout.
This is needed for me to use my Belgium keyboard on my French Layout laptop.
