Fresh installs could detect a signed-in Codex or Antigravity account but still start the first job with Anthropic. Seed the project models and its active studio preset with the same provider selection used by doctor. Keep existing project files untouched, including model choices and custom presets. The best and thrifty presets stay unchanged.
If no provider is ready, stop before installing the project files and show the sign-in and retry commands.
