Closes acmcsufoss#193. CreateEvent previously only returned a success message. Since all event fields are client-provided (no server-generated fields), the handler now returns the created event as dto.Event instead of querying the database again.

Closes #193
CreateEvent used to return a vague success statement that didn't specify what event was created. This fix returns the full event object in its response now.
