Summary

replace embedded Tk module checkboxes with themed ttk checkboxes
preserve module selection and filtering behavior
preserve mouse-wheel scrolling over module checkboxes

Verification

verified all 74 module checkboxes use the themed style on macOS
verified scrolling and Select All/Deselect All behavior
passed py_compile, differential Pylint, and git diff --check

Applies the cross-LEAPP fix reported in abrignoni/iLEAPP#1808.
