Upgrade the framework, modules and templates to .NET 11.0 RC 2.
Also adopts the new
BasePathcomponent in the Blazor templates and the async data annotations validation (AsyncValidationAttribute/IAsyncValidatableObject), and keeps converting float/double values to decimal as .NET 10 did inTypeHelperand EF Core extra properties.
