unicorn v74 added ~60 new rules to its recommended config and changed behavior of existing ones: - `logical-assignment-operators`: uses `defaultOptions: [null]` which fails ESLint 10 schema validation. Workaround: explicitly configure as `["error", "always"]` to satisfy the oneOf schema. - `filename-case`: `checkDirectories` now defaults to true. The `command_not_found` directory is mandated by oclif's hook event naming and cannot be renamed. Configure with `checkDirectories: false` to restore prior behavior. - 60+ new rules (name-replacements, consistent-boolean-name, etc.): disabled to preserve existing behavior. These can be gradually enabled and the code updated in follow-up PRs. Also fixes 2 actual `logical-assignment-operators` violations in test/hooks/command_not_found/did-you-mean.test.ts.
