The comparison names what it compares, not whom: four routes to a UI5 app on SAP, row by row - #21

… app on SAP, row by row The market table gains a legend and a fifth column: SAP's standard route, a custom SAPUI5 app, a low-code builder installed in the SAP system and a low-code platform beside SAP. No vendor is named - offers and prices change, a named comparison ages - and each column describes what a reader would buy. Five rows carry a dash for where abap2UI5 is not ahead: a click-together designer, standard transactional apps, offline and a native client, SAP certification and add-on delivery, and support with an SLA. The FAQ answers what the commercial tools are, why none is named, whether a department can build its own screens, where SAP's AI generators stand, and what happens when a paid platform is withdrawn. What changes
The market table on the home page gains a legend and a fifth column. Next to abap2UI5 it now compares four routes to a UI5 app on SAP: SAP's standard route (RAP + Fiori Elements), a custom SAPUI5 app, a low-code builder installed in the SAP system, and a low-code platform beside SAP. No vendor is named: offers and prices change, a named comparison ages, and each column describes what a reader would buy. A legend of four cards above the table says what each column stands for.
Five rows carry a dash for where abap2UI5 is not ahead (was three): a click-together designer, standard transactional apps, offline and a native client, SAP certification and add-on delivery, and support with an SLA. A new row "What an app is" sets one ABAP class against designer tables, a generated project or a platform model.
"Where something else fits better" gains the case where a department is to click its own screens together. The governance table and the cost note speak of a low-code builder in the SAP system instead of an abstract tool that stores apps as configuration.
The FAQ gains a group "Compared with the market" with five questions: what the commercial tools are and how abap2UI5 differs, why no vendor is named, whether a department can build without a developer, where SAP's AI generators stand, and what happens when a paid platform is withdrawn (linking SAP's own notice on its no-code builder). The home-page teaser now counts twenty-five questions; the test checks the number.
Checks
npm run checkpasses: build, the twelve tests, the word ceiling (3,904 of 4,000 visible words), every<td>carries its column, five even rows. Desktop and 390px layouts screenshotted; the five-column table scrolls on desktop and folds to one card per row on the phone.Generated by Claude Code
