Light/dark switch in all three bars - #167

The switch went with the playground's old project bar. It comes back as an icon at the right of each bar: the playground's workbench, the AI App Builder's and the AI Agent's, beside Full screen. The layout editor already carries its own. theme.mjs now drives every [data-theme-switch] button instead of one #theme. On a phone the playground's switch moves into the ⋯ menu as "Dark theme". Follow-up to #166. That PR removed the playground's project bar, and the light/dark switch went with it. It comes back as an icon, in the same place in all three tools.
What changes
