Brings mcp-server#48 and #49 into the AI Pilot: least-recently-used session eviction that keeps a newer session sharing a draft id (the Pilot's sessions started from one mirror do), an act queued behind one in flight checked against the screen its caller saw, a screen action before a row action of the same name, errors echoing at most 80 characters, linear stripTags, out-of-range character references kept as written.
