No rule above the foot - #44

The foot of the home page and the About page drew a 1px rule over the licence line. It goes, as the rule under the top bar went: the line stands on its own at the bottom of the window. CONVENTION.md section 5 says so; Samples, Addons and Insights follow in their own pull requests. npm run checkpasses: build plus 6 tests. In the browser, no element of the foot has a top border.Generated by Claude Code
