bump-deps.yaml runs on the last Sunday of the month (the schedule fires every Sunday, the first step picks the last one) and opens one pull request: .github/scripts/update-deps.mjs takes every npm dependency to its latest version and refreshes the lockfiles; with the secret DEPS_TOKEN it moves the pinned actions too (the default token may not change workflow files).
