Keep device-selected FP16 FSR pipelines alongside the shared supersampling passes. Preserve RCAS sharpening controls in the precision-shared shader and extend shader validation to cover sharpening and denoise variants.

this'll make FSR 1 ~30% faster for the devices that support it.
