Release 2.73.0: the 2.73.0 browser artifact - #38

The browser app moves to web-2.73.0-web.ha47e875be648958c, built from ZenNotes/zennotes 10597fe9, the v2.73.0 release commit. For self-hosters it brings a Title bar switch to the browser app (Settings, Appearance, Chrome), which had no way to hide the bar with the note's title (reported on Discord by a user running the server in Docker), Settings rows that fit a narrow window or a tablet, and Vim's o and O keeping a quote or callout going (ZenNotes/zennotes#961). The server's Go code is unchanged since 2.72.0 and no Go dependency moved, so vendorHash stays; release.json moves to 2.73.0, in step with the desktop. Local: prepare-web verified the draft archive into a clean web/dist (580 files). go vet, go test ./... and go test -tags=embed_web ./... pass. A server built like the release on a scratch vault with a scratch config reports v2.73.0, serves the app (200) and answers 401 without the token; the served bundle carries the Title bar switch's copy (SettingsModal chunk) and the drag-strip rule.
