[UI/Dark Mode] Whitish overlay at the top and unnecessary blank space at the bottom #1035

Description

@Christian-SC26

When opening the app in dark mode, there is a visible whitish/translucent overlay at the top (status bar area), which looks broken against the dark background. Additionally, there is an unnecessary empty bar/margin at the bottom of the screen.

Interestingly, the top whitish overlay disappears once the on-screen keyboard is opened/focused.

App version: 1.35.0
iOS version: 27.2

    Thanks for the report and the screenshots, @Christian-SC26! This is fixed for the next iPhone release.

    The whitish band was iOS 27's new scroll-edge effect at the top of the screen. Its blur showed the app's window behind the page, and on a dark-mode launch with the theme on Auto, that window was briefly painted with the light theme's color. Nothing repainted it until the keyboard opened, which is why the band went away then. The app now turns that effect off, since it draws its own top bar, and the window always follows the current theme.

    The blank bar at the bottom was the app's own padding under the home indicator. Views now run to the bottom edge, and the last line of a note still scrolls clear of the indicator.

    Checked on an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 27.2: dark mode, Theme Auto and the Apple theme, on a fresh launch.

    Fixed in ZenNotes/zennotesios#85 (ZenNotes/zennotesios@15f9506).
