Refreshes every eligible locked Ruby dependency, including Async 2.44.1, Console 1.37.0, io-event 1.19.5, RBI 0.4.3, Rubydex 0.3.0, Sorbet 0.6.13428, and Spoom 1.8.7.

Validation:

  • bundle outdated reports the bundle is current
  • bundle-audit reports no vulnerabilities
  • 208 tests and 871 assertions pass
  • statement coverage is 98.29%
  • branch coverage is 81.99%
  • RuboCop, Steep, and Sorbet pass
  • gem builds are reproducible
  • actionlint and REUSE pass

The commit removes 4 net lines.
