Bug Fixes

• Fixed [Bug] Compare Source Editor 高度值太小 #1004 and the submission row layout when the problem ID is 0.
• Post-contest fallback submissions, cooldown retries, and network failure recovery no longer fail silently.

New Features

• Fetched data can use gzip + Base93 compression, an NSC3 numeric mode, optional newline preservation, and correct control display when no application area exists.
• The submission form now shows image captchas, auto-recognizes them, and rechecks the captcha before submitting.
• Uncertain captcha recognition swaps in a new image (up to 5 attempts) and locks the input field during retries.
