Resolve conflicts in the navigation locales, homepage widget validation, and the migration catalog: - keep both the support-metrics and zammad-support-overview widgets - keep support-metrics in the shared validWorkspaceWidgetTypes map - keep main's portal organisation sharing and item support events migrations, then append the Zammad ticket change history migration

The Zammad service, repository, schema, and client suites live in the core-tests overlay. Keeping stale copies here left `go test ./...` broken after the ticket-title signature changes; the current versions ship with core-tests Windshiftapp#3.

I added a workspace widget showing linked Zammad tickets, status counts and sync errors. The item panel shows cached ticket titles and observed status, group and owner changes.
The read endpoints enforce item and workspace permissions and the workspace scope of the current credential. History is recorded atomically with the local snapshot. A new SQLite/PostgreSQL migration adds the history table without changing existing migrations.
History starts with changes observed after installation; it is not a complete Zammad audit trail. Ticket lists are limited to 25 entries.
Zammad tests passed with SQLite; migration and read-scope tests also passed with PostgreSQL; frontend checks, typecheck and build passed. Companion tests: core-tests #3.
