Remove our `ENERGY_VOLT_AMPERE_HOUR` constant and replace it with `UnitOfApparentEnergy` once it's available. See https://github.com/home-assistant/architecture/discussions/1454 Since this will require a min HA version bump we should probably include #1033 in the same release.
