Pohoda Zabbix

Monitor your Pohoda accounting system using Zabbix — business metrics collected via digest modules through the Pohoda mServer API.

Results are cached per period for 5 minutes to reduce mServer load.

Zabbix Disaster Alert — mServer Health

The metric pohoda.digest.mserver_ok is 1 when all data modules succeed and 0 when any module fails (HTTP 500, authentication error, data file not open, etc.).

Recommended Zabbix trigger (severity DISASTER):

{<hostname>:pohoda.digest.mserver_ok.last()}=0

When the mServer returns HTTP 500, the error is thrown as a RuntimeException, propagated through the digest module pipeline, and immediately reflected in mserver_ok=0 — no silent data loss.

Bank Transactions Without Attachment

pohoda.digest.bank_without_attachment.count counts bank movements that have neither a PDF document nor a URL link (e.g. SharePoint) attached in Pohoda's Dokumenty tab.

Attachment detection reads <bnk:attachments> directly from the raw mServer XML response:

• <typ:files><typ:file> — file attachments (PDF, etc.)
• <typ:urlAddress> — URL links (SharePoint and similar)

Requirements

• PHP >= 8.1
• Zabbix Agent 2 (recommended) or Zabbix Agent
• Pohoda mServer access

Installation

From Debian Package

sudo apt install pohoda-zabbix

The package installs the Zabbix agent config and CLI commands automatically.

From Source

Install the UserParameter config to your Zabbix agent:
