The star history chart in README.md and README.zh-CN.md is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the chart image and its link to use the star-history.dera.page mirror, which relies on a token-free data source and serves both the API and frontend on the same domain.

The star history chart embedded in README.md and README.zh-CN.md is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so it no longer renders. This PR points the chart and its link to a working mirror (star-history.dera.page) that needs no API token, restoring the stargazer visualization for both the English and Chinese READMEs.
