About

SPulse contracts are the on-chain Soroban smart contract layer for the prediction market platform. They manage market creation, user betting, market resolution, payouts, rewards, referrals, and leaderboard tracking on Stellar. The contracts work together to support a trustless, auditable betting system with token incentives and community ranking.
