Model diagram filter and names only

Uses the filter and namesOnly options added in EfToMermaid 2.3.0 (SimonCropp/DbToMermaid#30).

ModelDiagramFilter

Selects the entity types included when an IModel is verified as a diagram. Foreign keys to an excluded entity type are omitted.

Names only

Renders only the table names, without columns. Relationships are kept.
