Adds Squash, which removes unreachable IL from the library straight after it compiles. Version 8.20.1.
EmptyFiles.dllfornet48goes from 394,240 to 81,408 bytes, and fornet10.0from 156,672 to 76,800. Most of what goes is unused Polyfill.
