A lightweight landing page designed to send visitors to a Google Form.

Add your Google Form

Open script.js and replace the value of GOOGLE_FORM_URL with the published Google Form link.

Publish with GitHub Pages

1. Upload index.html, style.css, and script.js to a GitHub repository.
2. In the repository, open Settings → Pages.
3. Under Build and deployment, select Deploy from a branch.
4. Choose the main branch and / (root), then save.

GitHub will display the public URL after deployment finishes.
