Per-session memory footprint varies widely by organization and is currently unattributable in telemetry. This adds a cheap integration-count attribute to the session init span, next to the existing residency gauge, so heavy sessions can be attributed to what they hold. Instrumentation only; no behavior change. Verified by the cloud mcp-execute e2e scenario.
