Add registered first-party OAuth providers

Adds Executor-owned OAuth client configuration for Airtable, Atlassian, Box, ClickUp, Figma, GitLab, HubSpot, Linear, Microsoft, and Notion.

Also adds provider-specific authorize/token behavior, rotating JSON refresh support, and aligns the Figma scope catalog with the registered app. Trello remains separate because it uses OAuth 1 and requires a privacy-event lifecycle.

• OpenAPI preset tests (2)
• focused typechecks and lint
