Adds a root
skill.json— a machine-readable index card for skill directories and scrapers (openagentskill.com recommends one; there is no single published schema, so this carries the superset of commonly parsed fields: name/version/description, author, repository, keywords, categories, the SKILL.md entrypoint, supported agents, and the install command).The version-parity test now covers it as the sixth distribution manifest, so it cannot drift from package.json. All tests pass.
