プライバシーポリシー第14条の応答生成の送信先をOpenAIに戻す

概要

「AIに行き先を相談」機能が応答の生成に使うモデルを、Google の Gemini から OpenAI の gpt-5.6-luna に戻します（TrainLCD/Functions#46）。これに合わせて、プライバシーポリシー第14条に書いた送信先を「Google LLC」から「OpenAI, L.L.C.」に改めます。日本語版と英語版の両方が対象です。

改定日は新しく立てません。令和8年9月22日（英語版は September 22, 2026）の改定はまだ公開していないので、その改定に今回の変更を含めます。

変更内容

• PrivacyPolicyPage.tsx 第14条: 「以下の情報をGoogle LLCおよびCloudflare, Inc.の提供するAIサービスへ送信します。」の「Google LLC」を「OpenAI, L.L.C.」に置き換えました。
• PrivacyPolicyEnPage.tsx 14.: "the AI services provided by Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc." の "Google LLC" を "OpenAI, L.L.C." に置き換えました。

「OpenAI, L.L.C.」という表記は、3a8588a で Google に改める前の第14条と同じです。

第14条のほかの部分は変えていません。送信する情報、TypeSafe AI, Inc. への送信、保管しないことの記述がそのままです。Cloudflare, Inc. もそのまま残しています。トピックの判定には、引き続き Cloudflare の Workers AI を使うためです。Google LLC は第10条（Google Analytics for Firebase）と第13条（音声合成）で引き続き送信先に含まれるので、そちらも変えていません。

FAQ の「AIに行き先を相談した内容はどのように扱われますか？」は送信先の社名を書いていないので、変更していません。

公開のタイミング

TrainLCD/Functions#46 を本番へデプロイするまで、本番の応答生成は Gemini で動いています。このPRを本番へ反映するのは、Functions#46 の本番デプロイと同時か、その後にしてください。
