AIチャット（/agent/chat）のモデルを GPT-5.6 Luna から GPT-6 Luna へ更新します。

• wrangler.jsonc: dev / production の AGENT_MODEL を openai:gpt-5.6-luna → openai:gpt-6-luna
• src/agent/llm.ts: reasoningEffort: 'none' を付けるモデル判定（OPENAI_REASONING_NONE_MODELS）に GPT-6 系を追加
  • 従来の /^gpt-5\.[1-9]/ のままだと GPT-6 Luna では 'none' が付かず、既定の reasoning が各ステップ前に走って応答レイテンシが悪化するため
  • GPT-6 Luna が reasoning.effort: none に対応していることは OpenAI の API ドキュメントで確認済み
• src/agent/llm.test.ts: resolveOpenAIReasoningOptions のテストを追加（GPT-6 系・GPT-5.1 以降は none、gpt-5 無印・o 系・非 reasoning モデルは未指定）
• README.md: AGENT_MODEL の例を更新

バインディング・シークレット等

• vars の AGENT_MODEL のみ変更。既存の OPENAI_API_KEY をそのまま使うため、シークレット・Queue・KV・R2・Cron の変更はありません
