This pull request updates package-lock.json, upgrading astro from 6.3.1 to 6.4.8, along with several of its dependencies including @astrojs/internal-helpers, @astrojs/markdown-remark, devalue, esbuild, js-yaml, and vite. I have no feedback to provide as there are no review comments.

I've updated dependencies to fix known vulnerabilities found by
npm audit. 📦✨
