…g behavior **Details:** - Introduced an optional `$flags` parameter to the `Regex::match` method for controlling pattern matching behavior. - Updated the method's internal calls to `preg_match` and `preg_match_all` to include the new `$flags` argument. - Suppressed PHPStan warnings with `@phpstan-ignore` annotations for `paramOut.type` and `argument.type` to ensure compatibility with static analysis tools. - Added PHPDoc annotations for `$flags` to document its purpose and usage.
