To prevent power constraints from potentially underflowing we disable
interrupts when executing power_initialize()

Remove infinite loops calling flashCheckFsmForReady(), as this should be
unnessecary and potentially blocks the driver.

skip arm_irq_vector_table test as a workaround until the root cause for
failing is found.

Bugfix for incorrect location of DMA table entries in
dma_ti_cc23x0.c. This change updates the location of
the cc23x0_data variable to be at the start of the
DMA config base as defined in the linker command file.

Apply fixes to the lp_em_cc2745r10_q1 board to build for BT samples,
which require NV partitions. Then, add conditional values for enabling
mbedTLS crypto for BT samples. This is done because the BT Controller
library is currently using mbedTLS APIs for SW based crypto operation.

remove CLKCTLEnable and CLKCTLDisable since clock settings are
retained.

Created I2C driver with full support for controller and target modes.
Controller mode supports callback and blocking I2C transfers.

Add default Bluetooth Mesh settings for LPF3 boards: use controller
crypto and disable the host crypto PRNG, set the friend advertising
latency, and configure low power node defaults for lowest power
consumption.

Also re-indent the existing TI_MCUMGR_BT_OTA_DFU block with tabs.

This commit adds support for the I2C driver on the TI
CC27XX device family. It also renames several files to
reuse common I2C code with the TI CC23XX device family.

exclude device families cc27xx and cc23x0 for arm_irq_vector_table

Rework the TI BLE LL HCI driver for Zephyr 3.7 LTS: use standard Zephyr
return codes and net_buf helpers, rename the packet type translation
tables, send packets with HCI_HostToControllerSend() and add a timeout
for the synchronous BLE initialization.

This commit improves the ease of use of the mesh_provisioner sample
with more callbacks implemented and prints to provide better
insight into the provisioning process.

- Add support for VS HCI commands by converting VS event to standard
  Command Complete event.
- Zephyr host does not use the same event template for
  vendor-specific HCI commands as SimpleLink.
- This change adds logic to detect vendor-specific events
(BT_HCI_EVT_VENDOR, 0xFF) in the HCI event handler
- and converts them to the standard HCI Command Complete event
(BT_HCI_EVT_CMD_COMPLETE, 0x0E) format expected by Zephyr.

- Added a check in hci_evt_create to detect vendor-specific events and
  call convert_vs_le_meta_event for conversion.
- Implemented convert_vs_le_meta_event to extract
   opcode, status, and parameters
- from the SimpleLink VS event and rebuild the packet
   as a Command Complete event.
- Defined offsets and constants for improved
  code clarity and maintainability.

This ensures Zephyr host compatibility with SimpleLink
vendor-specific HCI commands.

Add CONFIG_BT_TI_SWAT_TEST_MODE configuration option to skip
vendor-specific LE meta event conversion. This allows VS events
to be sent directly to the host for TI internal test lab validation.

Also add corresponding test configuration in hci_uart sample for
TI LPF3 platforms (CC2340R5, CC2340R53, CC2745R10_Q1, CC2755R10).

This feature is intended for internal TI testing only.

Replace the sample source with the upstream Zephyr v4.4.0 version,
dropping the local changes to the sample.

Signed-off-by: Roni Blaut <r-blaut@ti.com>
Remove the ti,bt-hci devicetree binding until the TI BLE stack supports
Zephyr 4.4. Along with this:
- move the BT_HCI_TI Kconfig option and hci_ti.c build rule into the
  sorted driver lists
- remove the TI SWAT test mode variant of the hci_uart sample
- remove CC2340R5 from the community-supported lists in README.md
- enable CONFIG_ASSERT in the extended_adv scanner sample

Signed-off-by: Roni Blaut <r-blaut@ti.com>
Rename CONFIG_BT_HCI_TI to CONFIG_BT_HCI_TI_LPF3 to distinguish the
LPF3-based HCI driver from other TI Bluetooth HCI drivers (e.g.
BT_HCI_TI_CC35XX). Update the CMakeLists.txt source guard to match.

All lpf3 board .cmake files now include a shared
file that forces cmake to use TI's openocd, set
from an environment variable.

Done because these boards are not supported yet
by zephyr's openocd fork.

Also sets TI CRC hex file as target for runners.
