Flash erase on PG2 boards has been broken due to two independent issues: 1) XMEM operation requires the XMEMWFF3_hwAttrs.flashType global variable to be filled with flash chip specific information. 2) The CPUDelay() workaround in FlashSectorErase() for PG1 XIP access is actually triggering XIP access traps on PG2. Fix the above in the following way: 1) Provide flash parameters for IS25WJ032F flash chip. 2) Remove the CPUDelay(). Signed-off-by: Artur Rojek <artur@conclusive.pl>

With this we don't need to instantiate a gpio-controller per pin and the translation between the global GPIO pin number and the per-port GPIO pin number is done automatically via gpio-map property. Add OpenOCD configuration files for the lp_em_cc35x1 board and extend the simplelink_toolbox runner with debug, attach, debugserver and RTT support.
