…ault commit 823997d upstream. Add CONFIG_TFA_PLATFORM as a generic string config for the TF-A PLAT parameter. This allows platforms to specify their TF-A platform via Kconfig instead of requiring board.cmake. Add CONFIG_TFA_BUILD_FIP=y to ARM FVP board defconfigs. PR: 106763 Add Python scripts for generating TI K3 boot images: - rom_image_gen.py: Generates ROM-bootable X.509 signed images (tiboot3.bin and tispl.bin) from SPL/BL1, TIFS, board config, and application binaries. - ti_board_config.py: Converts YAML board configuration files (board-cfg, sec-cfg, pm-cfg, rm-cfg) to binary format for TI System Firmware (SYSFW).
