fix(test): show the failed step on the single-run result card - #710
When a single test fails, test run <test-id> --wait, test wait <run-id> and test rerun --wait said that it failed but not which step, although the run the CLI just received carries failedStepIndex and test result prints it.
renderRunResponseText prints failedStepIndex <n> right after failureKind when the run failed or was blocked and the server reported a step. Same spelling and value as test result (the raw server index, no conversion), placed right after failureKind as there. The label is one character wider than the card's padded column, so its value sits one space after it rather than re-padding every other line.
Text mode only. --output json already carries the field and is unchanged. Passed runs and runs with a null index are unchanged.
npm test passes and coverage stays at or above the 80% gate.
New behavior is covered by unit tests (mock-based; no network or
credentials required).
No secrets, API keys, internal endpoints, or personal data are included.
User-facing changes are reflected in README.md / DOCUMENTATION.md where
relevant.
Notes for reviewers
Local evidence (Node 22.23.4, Windows 11, branch merged with current main): 4 new tests, the cases listed on [Hackathon] fix(test): a failed test run --wait / test wait never says which step failed, though the run carries failedStepIndex #672 plus a blocked run. The failed and blocked cases fail on main. The two "no line" cases pass on main by construction and fail against an unguarded line (checked). Full suite 4793 passed / 11 skipped. Coverage 89.97 / 85.00 / 83.64 / 92.14 (stmts / branches / funcs / lines). typecheck, lint (0 errors), prettier and build clean.
No docs change: DOCUMENTATION.md does not show the run card.
…otation
`test run --wait` and `test wait` printed failureKind and error but never
failedStepIndex, which `test result` already shows. The single-run GitHub
annotation dropped it too. The card now prints `failedStepIndex <n>` after
failureKind for a failed or blocked run, and summarizeSingleRun carries the
index so the annotation ends with ` (step <n>)`. The index is printed as the
server sends it, like `test result`. JSON output and batch rows are unchanged.

Walkthrough
renderRunResponseText now displays failedStepIndex for failed or blocked runs when the index is not null. Tests cover display for those cases and omission when the index is null or the run passed.

Summary
Run text card output src/commands/test.ts, src/commands/test.run.spec.ts
The run text card displays failedStepIndex for failed or blocked runs when the index is not null. Tests verify its placement after failureKind for failed runs and its omission when the index is null or the run passed.
The change is mergeable, but a small follow-up test would protect the test wait text-output path from regressions.

Explanation
Issue #672 requires two single-run outputs: the text card and the GitHub Actions ::error annotation. The PR adds failedStepIndex to renderRunResponseText for failed and blocked runs with a non-null index. The current PR description explicitly excludes the annotation and summarizeSingleRun changes. The supplied change summary lists only src/commands/test.ts and its tests, so the annotation requirement and its tests are not implemented.
Resolution
Implement the #672 single-run annotation path. Carry failedStepIndex through summarizeSingleRun and append (step <n>) to the annotation message when the index is present. Add tests for annotation output with and without the index.

The new command-level test covers runTestRun --wait, not runTestWait. Existing runTestWait tests use JSON output or a null step index, so a regression that drops the server-provided index from the wait caller would pass.

Add a text-output regression test for runTestWait that supplies a failed run
with failureKind assertion and server-provided failedStepIndex 2, then verifies
the output includes that index. Use the existing wait-test helpers and capture
its stdout; ensure the test exercises runTestWait rather than runTestRun --wait.
