What does this PR do?

DOCUMENTATION.md calls itself the complete command reference, but it jumps from the introduction straight to read commands and does not document testsprite setup or its current flags. This adds a setup reference covering interactive and non-interactive authentication, idempotent reruns with --skip-if-configured, offline previews, agent target selection, and the success output.

Comment thread DOCUMENTATION.md

- `--api-key <key>` supplies a key directly and skips the secret prompt. Prefer `--from-env` in shared scripts so the key does not enter shell history.
- `--from-env` reads `TESTSPRITE_API_KEY`. A non-empty `--api-key` takes precedence when both are supplied.
- `--skip-if-configured` reuses the active profile's saved key when one exists. With no saved key it falls back to the ordinary prompt; combine it with `--yes` only on machines where the profile is already configured. An explicit `--api-key` or `--from-env` still replaces the saved key.

Document the non-interactive fallback condition.

When no saved key exists, --skip-if-configured prompts only in an interactive terminal. In non-interactive mode, it exits 5 unless --api-key or --from-env supplies a usable key. An existing saved key also avoids the prompt and exit.

Proposed wording
