Handle alphabetic bearer tokens without broadening prose matches.

BEARER_TOKEN_RE rejects Bearer abcdefgh because its lookahead requires a digit. The value can therefore remain in ApiError.message, nextAction, and serverNextAction, which violates the error-prose redaction requirement.

Removing the digit lookahead alone is not safe. It would also redact prose such as Bearer authentication and Bearer token-based, which existing tests require to remain unchanged. Update the matcher and regression tests so letter-only bearer tokens are redacted while these prose cases remain excluded. Retaining only the current token-character checks does not provide that distinction.
