…TestSprite#100) Wire the already-reserved ~/.testsprite/config into loadConfig as the lowest-precedence layer above built-in defaults (flag > env > config file > built-in default), completing the aws-cli credentials-vs-config split the issue describes. - loadConfig reads the config file's [profile] section via the existing hardened parseCredentials/readProfile (no new parser surface), adding output and projectId to the resolved Config. - apiUrl cascade: --endpoint-url > TESTSPRITE_API_URL > credentials file > config file (api_url or endpoint_url) > built-in default. - --output flag falls back to config-file output (flag still wins). - --project and TESTSPRITE_PROJECT_ID compose above config-file project on test/project commands. - TESTSPRITE_CONFIG_FILE overrides the config path. - Docs: configuration table + precedence documented. - Tests: config-file used when flag/env absent; flag and env override.

The precedence description omits the credentials file and TESTSPRITE_CONFIG_FILE.
For api_url, the credentials file ranks above the config file. TESTSPRITE_CONFIG_FILE is not documented in the environment variable table. Add both.

Pass the resolved profile and credentials path to project-ID lookup.
project docs upload resolves opts.profile, but requireDocsProjectId discards it. --profile therefore cannot select the config profile used for projectId. The call also omits deps.credentialsPath, so loadConfig reads the default credentials file.
When no project flag or environment value exists, an invalid nonblank TESTSPRITE_PROFILE reaches profile validation before the missing-project error. That is expected invalid-profile handling, not a reason to bypass validation.

The --profile flag and deps.credentialsPath are not passed to loadConfig.
loadConfig resolves the profile from TESTSPRITE_PROFILE only. When the user sets --profile staging, the project default comes from the wrong profile section. This conflicts with the PR goal of using the resolved profile. Pass the resolved profile name, as src/index.ts does. Also pass credentialsPath: deps.credentialsPath.

Guard loadConfig in the error handler.
loadConfig can throw while reading the credentials or config file, or while validating the profile. In the error handler, that exception can replace the original command error. Catch the config-loading failure and use no configured output value.

Apply config.output before resolving successful command options.
When --output is omitted, the root option supplies 'text' at src/index.ts:76. Each successful command then passes that value through resolveOutputMode(globals.output) and uses it to construct Output. The value returned by loadConfig() at src/lib/config.ts:103 is not consulted, so a profile configured with output = json still produces text output on successful commands.
The error handler has the same precedence problem: program.opts().output is already 'text', so program.opts().output ?? config.output never selects config.output.
Resolve the configured fallback before successful command option resolution, while retaining the explicit command-line value when present. Use the same resolved value in the error handler.
