build: Node.js 26.13.0 LTS (Lithium) - #131

Node.js 26 became LTS "Lithium" on 2026-10-28 with support until the end of April 2029. Its first LTS release, 26.13.0, only updates the release metadata (process.release.lts) over 26.12.1, which the fork already runs. Moved together: the four panel images (Dockerfile, .cloud, .schedule, .server), the devcontainer, setup-node in CI, .nvmrc, the engines fields, PINNED_VERSIONS.node and the docs.
