Summary

• Restore the manifest PNG icon set needed for browser installability (48, 192, and 512px)
• Add a generated 192px icon from the current 512px Tangle icon as a placeholder for updated artwork
• Add manifest id and scope using relative values so root and /tangle-ui/ deployments remain supported
• Point the Apple touch icon at the 192px icon
• Convert the default and run-status favicons into real multi-resolution ICO files

Notes

• This preserves the dynamic run-status favicon system by keeping the same filenames: /favicon.ico, /favicon-success.ico, /favicon-failed.ico, /favicon-loading.ico, and /favicon-paused.ico.
• The icon artwork can be replaced in this PR before merge if updated assets are available.

Validation

• Parsed public/manifest.json and verified the declared 192px/512px icon files exist.
• Verified each favicon is now detected as an ICO resource with 7 embedded sizes.
• Did not run the full app build because this checkout does not have dependencies installed.
