Summary

• change the default Oktasso loopback redirect/callback from localhost:3001 to localhost:31337
• update env examples and local/attach agent docs

Notes

The corresponding Okta/Oktasso client must allow http://localhost:31337/auth before deployed packaged clients rely on the new default.

Testing

• Attempted: pnpm --filter @tangent/local-agent-host test
  • Fails in this checkout due existing dependency/test environment issues: @tangent/remote-subagent module not resolved and existing pi arg expectation mismatches.
