[Backport 14.3] [TASK] Move the caption paths onto site sets - #176

The captions point at Configuration/TypoScript/setup.typoscript, a file nothing includes. A reader who follows the caption, creates the file and reloads the page sees no effect and no error. A site set is loaded as soon as a site lists it, so the example now names a path that does what the page says it does.
