Outlook plugin

The Outlook plugin has two functions:

• It exposes the Global Address List in Outlook as a people directory. The Microsoft Teams plugin plugin can use this to allow you to start chats and calls with people in your organization.

• You can send an email to people in your organization.

This plugin only works with the classic Outlook plugin and Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange. It does not work with the new Outlook.

The plugin creates a local copy of your Global Address List. Outlook has to be running for TQL to be able to access it. Make sure you have Outlook running when you install the Outlook plugin.
