Seen 2026-09-08 02:13 EDT on um_feather @ 77ab753 (#283), status line: Batt:4.249V/140.69%/-12.7%hr, then 4.091V/140.53%, 4.224V/140.38%. Voltage is plausible; the percentage is not. The [D] board's MAX17048G+T10 (I2C1, INT on IO2) is a different part fitting from the Adafruit Feather's gauge and the battery unit's compensation/model setup was written for that board. Scope: read the gauge's config on the UM board, apply the right RCOMP/quickstart for the cell, and make the percentage sane. Also decide what the battery unit should do when no LiPo is attached.
