YouTube: quickstart, dual stream (Beta), and SE.Live setup guides - #120

Add six YouTube quickstart pages under SE.Live with 24 screenshots. Cover account setup, the dashboard, overlays, OBS with SE.Live, and chatbot setup. Build and internal link validation pass.
New guide at /selive/guides/youtube-dual-stream covering YouTube's dual stream feature with SE.Live: scheduled stream and stream settings in YouTube Studio, vertical stream set to Encoder, two SE.Live outputs connected to the same scheduled stream, and the order to end the stream. Written in the same format as the Twitch dual format guide, with five screenshots used as supplied (GuideScreenshot, images in selive/img). Also: sidebar entry with a Beta badge, a card on the guides index, updated SE.Live and guides index descriptions, a cross-link from the multistreaming guide, and the new images recorded in captures.json. The page states the beta limitation (not fully integrated into SE.Live yet). Steps come from StreamElements support's own beta instructions and were not re-tested end to end. Phase 1 page from the Zendesk migration: connect SE.Live to YouTube, add camera and mic sources, set the stream key, add a YouTube overlay, and add the StreamElements chatbot as a moderator. Listed in the SE.Live guides sidebar after Backtrack and in the "Platform setup" cards on the guides index (added with the YouTube quickstart). The YouTube quickstart, setup guide, and dual stream guide link to pages that are part of the wider Zendesk migration (Getting Started, Loyalty, Tipping, chatbot platform setup, overlay broadcast software and AlertBox variations). Those pages are not in this PR, so the links would fail the link validator. In-text links become plain text, link cards to missing pages are removed (including the now-empty Related sections), and two sentences that only existed to point at a missing page are dropped. No other wording changes. Revert this commit once the Getting Started, Revenue, Loyalty, and Chatbot/Overlays PRs are merged to restore the links. Contradictions between support and docs (macOS support, OBS version for dual format, dual-format beta gating) were left as docs already had them, per instruction that docs is the source of truth. Not independently re-verified against the product -- flagging for a final eng sanity check before merging. No real screenshots included; new pages are written to stand on their own without images. Existing GuideScreenshot images referenced by edited pages are unchanged. * Fix 2 broken anchor links found by npm run build (starlight-links-validator) - overlays/troubleshooting.md: {#xsplit} custom-id syntax isn't honored in plain .md, producing id="xsplit-xsplit" instead. Removed it; default slug of the heading text is #xsplit, matching the link that pointed here. - selive/guides/youtube-setup.mdx: linked to /chatbot/platforms#youtube, but Tabs/TabItem tab labels aren't headings and produce no anchor. Reworded to link the page without a fragment. Also added node_modules/, package-lock.json, and dist/ to .gitignore -- running npm install/build locally for validation shouldn't leave build artifacts in this diff. * Restore chatbot and overlay links in YouTube pages The chatbot platform setup page and the overlay broadcast software and AlertBox variations pages are added in this PR, so the links removed from the YouTube setup guide and quickstart "Build Your Overlay" page can come back. This reverses those parts of "Unlink YouTube pages from pages that ship in later PRs". The quickstart, setup guide and dual stream guide link to pages that are not in this PR (Getting Started, Loyalty, Tipping, chatbot platform setup, overlay broadcast software, AlertBox variations). Those links are removed in one dedicated commit, "Unlink YouTube pages from pages that ship in later PRs": in-text links became plain text, link cards to missing pages were dropped, and two sentences that only pointed at a missing page were dropped. Revert that commit once the Getting Started, Revenue, Loyalty, Chatbot and Overlays PRs are merged.
