[Feature] Add a runnable keyless Parallel Search MCP example #944

Problem statement (what should this solve)

LiveAgent supports HTTP MCP servers and importing MCP configuration files, but the Skills 与 MCP guide has no ready-to-import example for keyless web search and page fetching. Users have to work out the remote server configuration and how to select its tools themselves.

Parallel Search MCP provides web_search and web_fetch without a Parallel API key, with lower anonymous rate limits.

Proposed behavior

Would a runnable Parallel Search MCP example fit in the existing MCP guide? I would add an importable configuration for https://search.parallel.ai/mcp and Chinese instructions for importing it in MCP Hub, selecting the server, discovering tools, and trying a search and page fetch. It would be opt-in and preserve existing servers and selections.

Before submitting a PR, I would test the configuration through LiveAgent's import and dynamic-tool execution paths with no saved or environment credentials for Parallel, and document the anonymous rate limits. I work at Parallel.

Estimated change scope

docs/features/skills-and-mcp.md and a companion MCP configuration example. Add focused coverage for the example through the existing MCP import and execution paths if needed. No new transport or provider default is proposed.

Alternatives considered

Users can already add an HTTP server manually in MCP Hub. A runnable example would make that setup reproducible without introducing another preset UI or changing model-provider search behavior.
