Adds a basic plugin for resetting/restarting the node's mobile (cellular/4G) network connection. It comes with a UI integration and
SystemConfiguresupport. I used the wifi plugin as a basis for constructing this.Primarily made for the STOMP server, but could be used generally through the web dashboard too.
You can query
statusfirst to see if there is support on the device, since it's entirely possible a node may not have the hardware.Leaving as a draft for now since I haven't had a good opportunity to really test this well. Will update this when I have had a good play around.
