[GUI] Migrate to DearPyGUI

This PR:

• migrates the GUI to dearPyGUI instead of Tkinter to avoid compatibilities problems with libtkinter.
• addresses the issue with multiple cameras in the same process see issue [GUI] When connected to multiple cameras, GUI is crashing #29

• adapt calibration to new GUI
• test parameters saving and reset with multiple cameras
• Add a message when closing the window to notify that Emio API will still be running. This only closes the GUI.
  • DearPyGui does not offer a mechanism to show a confirmation dialog when closing so only logging into the terminal
