PowerFlowFileParser pointed at `mb/shunt-pu-bug` on a fork. That fix merged into `psy6` as Sienna-Platform/PowerFlowFileParser.jl#43 on 2026-08-24, and the branch is now 0 ahead / 9 behind it, so the pin only held the parser back. Restore `rev = "psy6"` on NREL-Sienna. The six unregistered OpenAPI packages were pinned at `main` while PowerSystems psy6 pins them at `jd/market_components`. This package is the root project, so its `[sources]` win and PSY resolved against an older tree than it is developed against; match PSY's rev in all three environments. Note why the dynamics and investments entries are here at all: they are deps of the PowerOpenAPIModels umbrella rather than direct imports, `[sources]` is not inherited transitively, and an entry is only honoured when the package is also in `[deps]`. PowerSystems carries them for the same reason.
